Digital tickets can only be purchased on fancypants.net or showpass.com. DO NOT purchase third-party tickets from any other site, or from people you do not know personally.
Physical tickets will be available at select locations at a future date. We will update this FAQ with specifics once available.
-
Tickets are final sale and are non-refundable. In certain limited circumstances, such as cancellation of the entire event PRIOR to the start time, refunds may be offered.
-
We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the gate. We recommend purchasing your tickets now to ensure availability.
-
Each ticket provides the same experience. Ticket tiers are our way of rewarding those who purchase early with a lower price.
-
Once your ticket has been scanned, you will be given a festival wristband. DO NOT remove this wristband as your ticket will then be void.
